What do you offer at VRtual - Nexgen Gaming Arcade? We offer Virtual Reality Booths, High-End PC Gaming Stations, Driving & Flight Simulators, E-Sports Tournaments, Birthday Parties, Private Events, Live Streaming, and more! How much does it cost to play? You pay for what and how long you want to play. Each of our different gaming stations has a price per time. See above for our pricing. What games/experiences do you offer? We offer most major and popular game titles on both VR & PC. For VR we offer many games and experiences including first-person shooters, musical games, escape rooms, skiing, sky diving, scuba diving and so much more. You can also call your location of choice to ask if we have a specific game title or experience. Do you accept walk-ins? Yes, we do accept walk-ins. However, we HIGHLY recommend pre-booking to guarantee your spots so there is no wait-time. How do I pre-book a spot? You can pre-book online by visiting our locations above and clicking on the BOOK NOW link to your location of choice. Online pre-booking only allows you to pre-book Virtual Reality Booths or Simulators. You can also call your location of choice to pre-book Virtual Reality Booths, Simulators and/or PC Stations. How do I pre-book for more than one player? Currently our online booking system only allows one player to be pre-booked per transaction. If you like to pre-book multiple players, you must do a separate transaction for each player. You can also call your location of choice to pre-book multiple players under one transaction. Do you offer party & event packages? Yes, all of our locations offer pre-set packages for parties & events. We can also customize a package for you based on what and how long you like to play. Whether you are booking a birthday party, camp or school event, bachelor or bachelorette party, corporate outing, team building event or a family/friend get together, our packages are great for all ages. What is included with your party & event packages? Private parties & events includes party setup, 2 dedicated staff members, equipment training, gaming on ALL of our equipment, digital banner, break time*, and booking materials**. *90-Min Play includes 15-min break. 2-Hour Play includes 30-min break. **90-Min Play includes invitations only. 2-Hour Play includes a party bag filled with invitations, play passes and stickers. Do you sell gift cards? Yes, we sell gift cards at all locations and online. We also sell gift packages at all locations. What is your Loyalty Program? Our Loyalty Program is free to join. You can collect VRtual Coins for each purchase of play time and redeem those coins for free play time. You can sign up in-store at any location. Good at all locations. What is your Membership? Our membership is a no-contract paid monthly service that gives you free play time each month it renews and access to many member discounts and promotions. You can sign up online for a single player membership or in-store at any location. Memberships are good at all locations. |
